I am in a wheelchair with Cerebral Palsy and tend to be sensitive to even supplements. I have not been diagnosed with any kind of gluten sensitivity. The multi I take already has 6,000 IUs of vitamin A and I tend to be sensitive to anything but liposomal vitamin C, I approached Virid with extreme caution. However, I was surprised at how much more clear my sinuses have been and how much easier it is to breathe since taking it. My first dose of a single capsule worried me after I felt a little sick. But now, by dividing the dose, morning and evening, I’m doing fine.

How is a Virid best taken? It has both water-soluble and fat-soluble ingredients. Vit A I take at evening meal. C I take on empty stomach throughout day. B vits on empty stomach in the mornings, zinc on empty at night. How do I square all this with Virid? Best to take on empty stomach or with fat/food? Morning or evening? Right now I am taking it in morning on empty stomach (the majority of ingredients seem to indicate that). But that means the fat-soluble Vit A will be less bio-available. Thoughts? Thank you
