   I have been using Dr O’s biotin to help with my hair; it does work if you are patient. (not a quick fix) My hair has regrown in the area I was losing it in; thinner but it is there.

   I needed it and and the manganese because I was substantially deficient in these when I took a nutrient deficiency test. They were recommended to be by a professional and I am hoping they will help up my numbers of these. I won’t know for a few months, but will keep on taking them.
