Fatigue, nerve pain, brain fog, muscle pain, and muscle fatigue are all common manifestations of vitamin B1 deficiency.
Vitamin B1 deficiency is a common consequence of gluten/grain sensitivity. Lack of this important B vitamin is often times responsible for continued health problems even when adhering to a gluten/grain free diet.
Vitamin B1, also known as thiamin is a water soluble B vitamin. It aids in the production of energy in all tissues in the body but more is used in the heart and skeletal muscle. Why Ultra B1 over other forms of vitamin B1
Unlike most types of vitamin B1, Ultra B1 was designed by Dr. Osborne to contain benfotiamine. This form of B1 is the most bioavailable form used by the body. Additionally, Ultra B1 contains antioxidants and other B cofactors that help aid in supporting a healthy inflammation balance.

I have Asperger’s and for some unknown reason I always seem to be low on B1. This product certainly helps a lot! I’ve noticed if I can’t sleep and I take this in most cases I’ll be asleep in about an hour. I don’t exactly understand how it works but it does. I guess stress and stuff eats the the B1 so then I’m running low on it. B1 seems to be used for lots of things in the body.
I can’t swallow capsules – although I’m trying to learn how – and out of the capsule this stuff tastes pretty bad. But it works! So I’ll usually swallow it quickly in some water. Otherwise I’d hide it in the chocolate protein powder (if it was daytime) because I don’t want to take chocolate at night. But it would cover up the taste.
I’ve bought this product twice now.

I purchased the Ultra B1 supplement because I have a cataract and read B1 can help with cataracts. I am also gluten sensitive and can not have any grains in my supplements. The Gluten Free Society is the go to place for supplements which do not container gluten.
