    irritates my stomach. In addition, my skin was breaking out a bit. Most often times that is caused by soy products. Is there soy in this supplement? I am now turning to a B-12 injection although it will not give me the other b nutrients needed. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

      There is no soy in this product, but some people don’t do well with higher levels of B vitamins. You might look at our methylcobalamin or hydroxycobalamin as a B12 alternative.
