    Gluten Free Society! Zinc and Copper compete anyway so if you need copper maybe a separate 2mg suppliments at a different time of day than your multivitamin

      Make sure you are taking it with enough food. You might also try Ultra Nutrients. It is a different gluten free multi formula, and many who are sensitive to higher doses of B-vitamins.
