I have a lot of bloating and acid reflux problems. I have always had a very delicate stomach due to slow digestive syndrome so have always found eating problematic, especially eating out. I have type 2 diabetes, am average weight with a very restrictive low carbohydrate diet because I have terrible side effects from all the diabetic medications including insulin except for Metformin.
