   This supplement is helping me sleep more soundly and for a longer amount of total sleep time. In addition when I do wake during the night I am able to go back to sleep more quickly. I have tried other options including melatonin and CBD oil. The melatonin didn’t work for me at all. I continue to take the CBD for other reasons, but it hasn’t been near as helpful for sleep as the Sleep Well product. Thank you, Dr. Osborne, for making this formulation effective, safe, and available for all of us with gluten sensitivity.
